5. Payment Terms

Publishers will be paid monthly once they reach the minimum payout threshold of $50. Payment processing takes up to 30 days after month-end. Advertisers must maintain a positive balance to continue running ads.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our service
• Engage in fraud, click fraud, or impression fraud
• Use automated tools to manipulate our system
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse our platform. Earnings may be withheld from suspended accounts.
